You've got to be kidding...
So I just finished reading the transcript of Osama Bin Laden's speech distributed by Al-Jazeera. My first reaction has to be...ARE YOU SERIOUS. Has spending the last four+ years in a cave really affected your mental stability that much. Then I have to remember, he had no mental stability to begin with. He rambles on and on, trying to take credit for the downfall of Russia, offers us a truce then proceeds to tell us he knows what will win this all. He admonishes the U.S. for the Abu Ghraib scandal also. And what about September 11. Our Abu Ghraib scandal involves harming people that are not innocent. YOU ORCHESTRATED AN ATTACK THAT KILLED MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE. I know I am kidding myself to think that he'll ever be able to read this from his dark corner in his dingy cave, and even if he did, I know he would not understand my Anti-Jihad logic. To that I say, "Osama Bin Laden, eat my ass. We will find you and deal with you accordingly."
Thats enough of that.
Today one of my professor's told me he was not confident that I could handle the class. He was referring to the fact that I haven't finished VB yet. I am taking it currently and my advisor is the one that suggested that I take this class. He told me that he the percentage of people in my shoes that have gotten better than a C in his class has been minimal. If you even know me in the slightest you'll know that this has become a challenge for me. I refuse to be called a moron. The rest of my classes seem to be going good. I already have a project idea for VB, I think I did really well on my first accounting quiz, I understand what is going on in all of my classes and I haven't threatened my 218 professor yet. If you talked to me for even a split second last semester you'll know the bane of my existence was TSM 118. Its follow up course is taught by the same man at the same time. I assure you things won't be much different this semester. Although I did get a B in his class.
